Wake up in a B & B and it should feel as unique as someone's home. At Nelson House B & B, your Canadian innkeeper, David, has travelled as a backpacker and lived abroad as a diplomat. His American partner, O'Neal, is a native Texan who emigrated to Canada's Pacific coast. While respectful of its heritage, we know that this old house now reflects us.

As corner rooms, all of our lodgings are airy and bright. Well-rested guests often compliment the quality of the beds and linens. The "Hollywood" room (pictured above) is a sunny, art-deco tribute to the glitz and glamour of the original. The bed is a queen. The ensuite bathroom, with red brick, brass fittings and the glow of glass brick is truly fit for a Star. The "Bombay" room(pictured left) is for Raj romantics. It is David's homage to British India and things done properly! The "Cabin" is where you sleep like a lumberjack and that's okay! Recommended as a "travel deal" by USA TODAY.
